 All my armor and weapons are restricted to the main character. So none of the other characters can use anything.....
How do I fix this. I even started a new game and it still did it...

you cant change your companions armor. you can upgrade it by finding special items.

It is that way by design. Not the best easy to design an rpg, but w/e.
