Are the Finesse daggers the rogue's best weapons? if not, where can i get them and what are they?
so far, all i know is Zevren gives you one of the Finesse daggers if you don't kill him

I forget where you find it, but a dagger called "The low blade" from what i've seen is the best dagger in the game. 82 dps (nature damage), 2 rune slots, +3% speed, 25% chance to lower attack speed, 25% chance to lower movement speed. You find it in act 3. I think in a shop in the docks/lowtown areas. if not that then it's probably dropped by a named enemy during a side quest.

actually i got the low blade from killing some mage girl in a quest for Sebastian.
perhaps it's because i didn't actually buy sebastian's DLC until just before the end of act 3

Best weapon would be The Low Blade; however, it does inflict Nature Damage, which might be a bit of a turn-off. If it is, then the best weapons are Finesse, the Carta's Left Hand, and the Carta's Right Hand. You already know the stats on Finesse; the stats given for the other two are as follows:
Carta's Left-Hand - +87 Attack | +10% Crit Chance | Immunity to Knockback | 25% Chance to reduce movement speed | 25% Chance to reduce attack speed
Carta's Right-Hand - +87 Attack | +4% Crit Chance | +10% Crit Damage | 5% Chance to stun
Carta's Left-Hand - +87 Attack | +10% Crit Chance | Immunity to Knockback | 25% Chance to reduce movement speed | 25% Chance to reduce attack speed
Carta's Right-Hand - +87 Attack | +4% Crit Chance | +10% Crit Damage | 5% Chance to stun

I'm currently using Carta's Right-Hand
but if i find left, i think i'll switch to that.
immunity to knockback would be sexy
even though I'm already wearing the ring of no-wishes, that helps, but it doesn't make you immune.

According to the Guide, Carta's Left-Hand is found on Hanker in the Decrepit Alley during the quest Kind of Want.
