Well this is my problem. Every time i get to the point where i have to put my email and password to activate it on my computer it says their wrong. Their obviously not as i can use them to sign in on website. This is frustrating me so much. I've contacted a customer support employee and he didn't know a fix either so he escalted me but said it would take 24hours for a reply, which problem won't include a fix.
So for others who have encountered this problem what did you do?
So i've opened numorues ports, turned off all security on my PC, tried 2 other accounts and reinstalled. None of these did anything. This is the worse game launch i've personally experienced and is really putting me off their games now. I prefered the days where i didn't need an internet connect and accounts to play on an offline game.

Strictly speaking, you have a SITE problem, separate from a GAME problem. There is a separate forum where gamers can discuss such problems with each other, but the Official Support for the site is on EA's Help Pages.

Well due to me having to type my password and email to play i game i consider this a GAME related problem.
