For some reason, I can't loot world containers anymore (such as chests, rubble, skeletons etc), but I can loot from enemies I've killed. It worked at first but now nothing, the mouse cursor doesn't even change to the hand icon when I hover over a container. I've tried deleting my configuration files, loading a previous save and starting a new game so far and none of those worked.
Oh I'm playing on a retail copy of the signature edition with no mods and I do meet the recommended system requirements. I'm running on Windows XP.
Edit: Reinstalled the game and the issue is gone. Must've broken something somewhere.
