I am quite happy to get back my 50 Gold and the house in Hightown which the rock wraith treasure paid for, as I'd be willing to bet the house cost more the 50 gold.

I'm kind of curious on that. Varric says that you bought the mansion in Hightown, so I'm guessing Leandra's petition to the Viscount didn't go anywhere.
