  Ok, this is my second run of the game -well actually not exactly, I quit the 1st run when I was at the end of the act 2 so anyway,- 

 the problem is I can't find the herbalist in Kirkwall. He just never shows up.

 I've already gathered 2 of the quest items among the other quests but still no sign of him in town.

 Did I do something wrong? or is it just another bug?
