Have the prepurchased signature game on playstion 3. Having trouble finding where to download the 2 DLC's. No problem on other downloadable content help

You should have received a code in your game case to DL them. If not you can contact EA for a code for the black emporium but good freakin' luck getting one for the prince. I just went round and round with them via email and chat. They say they don't have any codes 'cause it's a pre-order code. Circular I know. They suggested I contact gamestop - which I've done - but I don't expect any resolution. Le sigh. For the unlockable stuff there's a chest in your uncle's house in Kirkenwall - different from the storage chest - or in your mansion when you're further along.

Note they stated they didn't have the code for the PS3 they may for PC or 360
