A new pre release Beta driver is avaliable.

270.32
Download:
http://www.mediafire...715s7j1sntoso5x
http://www.multiupload.com/QT4095QIRJ

It replace the modded 267.26 with the same HW support as the 267.24. ( Nvidia M series (mobile) may not be supportet.

Looking good. Running with DX11 High Res textures without no problem.

Some users report more fps, but i did not.

Thanks for the updated Drivers, and your advice on the last beta drivers. Installing them now to see if this helps.

Why isn't this in the beta drivers on the nVidia website?

Is that for both the 400 and 500 series or just the 500 series?

I've already downloaded it, but since it's pre-release, I'll wait until we can get confirmation that it actually works/helps DA2 run better. So, to parrot OniNoKurai, is it working?

Well guys. I smell no Fish .. :)

Working 100% for hours at my rig. Also at my friends rig from guru3d 's forum.

Ofc is this not on Nvidia's forum. This is a leaket pre release used for internal testing at Nvidia.

I give u the full list of the drivers under here that nvidia is working on. Thisis the last and it looks good.

Botton line:

Use Muphys Law as always when it comes to software vs hardware:

If it works, dont fix it. !

So are u running just fine with offisial drivers, stay there. This file is for those who have problems. !
U may gain some fps, but not any big difference.

I have a notebook and will let you all know if it even installed. Figuring both that it won't install and that even if it does, there won't be any in-game improvement. To be determined!

FPS is also slightly increased, but the freezing problem is completely cured. Finally..

Unable to install this on my notebook. "No compatible hardware found" message. Oh well, back to the beta driver.

Can confirm, that the game runs a tiny bit better with this used it for 12h+ now...sometimes windows login fails to a black screen tho, but i guess thats what you get with alpha drivers, running Gigabyte GTX 580

Thanks for posting this - unfortunately I noticed the downside to these drivers is that they are rather buggy.

Personally I would not recommend using the 270.32 drivers as I noticed them causing other problems with my system when not playing games (so more than likely something is wrong with the 2D side of things - a good example of this was when using Excel rows were shown as blank until you scrolled up and down again) - plus they gave no noticable performance increase over the 267.26 drivers with inf mod.

Due to this I removed them and re-installed the 267.26 drivers. The 270.32 drivers are either internal beta (for nVidia testing only) or perhaps even alpha drivers which were not meant for public use.

Note that if you are reverting don't just install the 267.26 over the top of the 270.32 drivers - remove the 270.32 drivers and then install the 267.26 drivers (as the 270.32 drivers install other features not present in the 267.26 drivers which stop working!).

You'd have to do the .inf modding trick for notebook cards.

What u can try is to mod the inf file as i describe in this tread. Use your working driver and copy the lines from it to this beta driver.

Can't garantee that it vill work, but maybe worth a try.

Tried these. The game actually seems more choppy for me.

When I tried installing the latest beta drivers from nVIDIA's site, i had a BSOD (although the drivers installed fine, apparently).

When I tried installing these leaked drivers, the screen just went blank and the GPU fan was spinning really fast, I had to hard reset. But then again, the drivers installed fine.

They fix a few issues, but don't fix random artefacts or stuttering.
