I'll be using a guide next playthrough. If it's still doesn't work, I'd say just unlock it for everyone next patch.

I think BW has forgotten about us 360 players; I haven't seen any replies to posts in this forum in a while now.
Yes, this really needs to be addressed, clearly the patch did not correct the problems of this achievement. I was expecting a new patch before any new DLC to correct the issues with the original game.

Purely speculation on my part, but I wouldn't be surprised if a patch came out before or along with the DLC. Let's hope so!

So you did not buy a single resource from the Black Emporium?

I used the wiki n found everyone of the resources. Popped up when I picked up the Felandris on Merrill's quest
Interesting, sounds like buying from the Emporium is not a means of unlocking the achievement. I will try to collect every resource on my next playthrough and see if it unlocks.

(It's my understanding that those are the potions one needs; if i am mistaken, please correct me.)
Obviously i have found the recipes and ingredients for each potion --- but wonder if I am supposed to find ingredients in even greater quantities than those necessary to make one set of potions?
I see from this forum that many people are having difficult getting the Supplier achievement/Trophy as well --- are both of these tasks "bugged"?

Potions don't actually have anything to do with the supplier achievement; rather, it's about finding ALL of the crafting resources. I believe there are 66 ingredients total you have to collect to get the supplier achievement. Detailed on this page is the complete list.

I believe that I have each of the potions required -- but i don't have the achievement.
Perhaps I am misunderstanding what is required -- or there is possibly a glitch (but then i would expect others to have encountered a similar problem).
I alienated Anders in my current Act 3 playthrough (so the Supplier achievement is not possible, as I understand the requirements). It is rather annoying in a RPG game in which you are invited to make choices, to find out that as a result of not cultivating a friendship with some character that you are denied an achievement/trophy for some other completely different activity. There's no meaningful free choice in such a game. But I digress...
Obviously if one is interested in getting certain achievement/trophies you do what the game forces you to do...

It has to do with the crafting materials, and all 66 that are required are on the link I included. You must find ALL of them to get the achievement.
Perhaps you are thinking of the Master Craftsman achievement? For that, you have to create one of every single kind of potion/poison. That sounds more like what you are describing.
Also, I don't think Anders has any quest-specific ingredients. It's actually Isabela's Act 3 quest (Ambrosia) that you can't get if you give her to the Arishok, or she doesn't return.
I agree with you; it's kind of annoying that you HAVE to make a specific choice just to get an achievement. I'm on my 10th playthrough, and still don't have the stupid supplier achievement, so even if I want to leave Isabela with the Arishok, I can't, because someday, I'm hoping my prince will come in the form of this achievement. *sigh*

It is the Master Craftsman achievement/trophy that I was working on (feeling that it was a more modest goal and obtainable) but ended up with each potion/elixir in my inventory but no achievement....
I am left with this question: perhaps having one of each potion is not enough; does one need
to acquire the maximum number of Deep Mushrooms, etc., listed for the potion category? Or do multiple numbers of ingredients pertain only to the Supplier achievement/trophy?
(I ask that prior to spending big $$$ at the Black Emporium -- only to find out that it doesn't help.)
I hope that question is clear enough....I have not found any place online where the precise requirements of the Master Craftsman achievement are clarified.

Ahh, ok. You're right about collecting ingredients while on Anders' quests. I thought you meant that there was another unique ingredient (like Ambrosia) in his, and I didn't recall there being one in his.
Hmm. In regard to the Master Craftsman achievement, did you buy any of those potions, or did you actually craft each one? I don't think purchased potions/poisons count, but I could be wrong. Did you check to make sure that you have all of the required recipes to make each potion/poison?
The ingredients number just pertain to the supplier achievement. It only makes a difference if you're missing something that a recipe requires, in this case.
Yeah, I'm not finding much in regard to the MC achievement, either. It's been a looong time since I got that one, so I really don't remember exactly what I had to do to get it. I hope it doesn't require runes, too?

When I go into my Journal, i cannot find any record of discovering recipes. Apparently they are not tracked in a manner that is accessible by the player.
But when i visit Lady Elegant, i find that the only recipes listed are: Elfroot, Restoration, Purity, LifeWard and Mighty Offence. The Rock Armor recipe is not showing --- even though I do have a Rock Armor Potion in my Inventory. (Perhaps it is possible to be given a potion without having "crafted" it. In any case, the recipe for Rock Armor is supposed to be found outside Gamlin's House, at night, in a pile of rubble --- in Act Two,)
As I am well advanced in Act Three in this playthrough -- not sure there is much I can do.
Do you think that Lady Elegant is an authoritative source in the game for recipes?
I am not aware of any other such source. The Emporium tells me nothing on the matter.
But, perhaps, that is why i do not have the crafting achievement/trophy....
