I think it's easy as sin to make good looking characters on this creator and extremely hard to make one look fierce, ugly, or plain.
Fiece

Ugly (though kinda cuddly)

Ugly (and not so cuddly)

Plain (though kinda adorable at the same time)

But yeah.. really easy to make a good looking character. Even the ugly and fierce ones have a certain charm.

Seriously why do games like this and Oblivion make you work an hour and a half just so your character doesn't look like he has down syndrome?
Humans are once again the hardest race to make look good and even than they don't look that great. WTB Handsome /Prettier faces
Don't know what you talkin' 'bout. All the faces look great to me and it's not even that difficult. It's personal preference, mate.
EDIT: Oblivion character models were pretty good, as well. Not nearly the best, but good.

This is my first character (has been tweaked to perfection for quite some time), and right now he looks perfectly as I wanted him to look.

For your concept or what? What exactly were you trying to make?Jacks-Up wrote...
Well while on the topic of Voices the males are really bad. Than again I've hadn't seen a Bio Ware game with a good voice since BG2 and even than there was only 1.
Than again the only other game with character creation that had good male voices was Soul Calibur 4
Should we remove any sharp objects from the vicinity so you don't accidentally stab your own eyes out or are you just inept with tools? You could just play with the default faces and change small things, like hair color/style and skin-tone and age-tone. The presets are actually pretty good looking. You could also just chose the nose and beard that you like too, it's not really that hard. You don't have to move every slider to "make it your own creation".

I had no trouble at all creating faces I liked, and it didn't take ages, either.
Same here. The creator is really well set up.

Yep, I love the character creator. The characters in Oblivion were just so very awful.
I think the more options you have, the more you could get wrong.
Also, the more options you got, the more you expect
For me, what is mising is a few more quirks, those small things that make the character my character. Perhaps a scar, earring, a rash perhaps. Otherwise, Im cool with the CC.

I barely even touched this one. It's almost at default settings, face structure-wise. I didn't find it difficult to find something pleasing with the males I made either. The faces look pretty realistic to me. Compared to Oblivion and Sims 3, which has everyone looking very similar (and all kinda ugly), this was a lot easier to get what looked good.

Ah... I liked The Sims 3 characters I made, even though it was a bit more difficult to do pretty ones...
I think Dragon Age one is inferior to The Sims, but it isn't the first focus, so I'm ok. The CC is really good, in my opinion, we can do a great variety of characters, from ugly to pretty, happy to sad (this one is a bit tougher).
Nothing major to complain about here.

It's not too hard to make good looking characters with this generator. The real problem is saving them...For some reason, whenever I save my character, half the time when I reload it to play around some more the character is COMPLETELY different. Portrait background is different, character's face is totally deflated, etc. It's really weird.
Yeah. i spent an hour making a character to look like Jon Hamm. I was pleased with the result and suprised at the level of resemblance that was possible. I loaded it back up and he looked more like Dick Sargent.
