i have the same problem after 10 days of playing. tried to log of/in like mentioned on the support page but it doesnt help. the ea support says its some corrupted game files and i have to un/reinstall the game. but i dont understand why it should help to un/reinstall the game while it worked for 10 days. suddenly a file is corrupted? any other ideas or is that the way to do it? maybe there will be a patch? (ea? bioware?)

I flushed the cache and hit the buy button for the two items marked as unauthorised. No points were expended, but messages came back that they would be authorised after I quit the game and restarted. That seemed to work.

I've got the same problem to (i bought my game on steam).

I try all the things i read on the forum and the only way i have to play game, it's deconnected from the dragon age server.

From the game when i try to see my profil on social bioware, i've got a error message but my characters and the dlc are shown correctly.

Youpie, great......

I have the same problem. Ticket opened for several days at EA help. Still marked as unresolved.

My game is steam version also since distribution screwed up on Europe.

Same problem here. I have to play while logged out. If I attempt to play while logged in, game complains about needing DLC in order to continue with a saved game.

Serious bummer...

Did you move your installation between volumes? I found that the updater application (which handles the DLC) is run from a specific location, and if you move the installation, it fails. Uninstall and reinstall in the new.

I hadthat issue with the sulchers pass (shale) DLC and I simply switched over to available downloads then back to installed and clicked on the content and it went back to available.

I have the same problem, got the digital deluxe package from Steam. I'll try what's noted in the FAQ.

Seems I have to keep an eye on the DAO service running under Windows. I set it to start automatically, but it doesn't allways start automatically.
