Hi everyone, I need help. I purchased the exiled prince downloadable content. downloaded it, then went into my game and it is no where to be found.

I am logged in properly, yet my download is gone.

This game has caused a lot of stress since purchasing it, from installation issues to now ripping me off.

Can someone give me exact instructions on where to find out what happened to my download?

When you download it, it's an .exe. Did you install it via the .exe?

Yes there was a download that I ran and it supposedly installed yet it is not in the game
