There is a phylactery on the floor in the room with the broken altar. It's easy to miss if you don't know it's there.

Additional info: the phylactery won't be there if your character isn't a mage.

Additional info: Incognito doesn't know what he's talking about. I found it as a Human Noble Warrior just fine.

Good and thorough discussion of the AW possibilities at your forum link, Tyrax. My game copy just arrived and finished loading the patch and the two bonuses, and thought I'd drop in for clues to CharGen. I didn't realize (as a total noob) that one can "dual class", as it were, and branch out. The little book that comes with the game hinted for more stove-piped classes. The discussion amongst the threads is very reassuring. I was considering either a Templar an AW or a Spirit Healer, but I think you've given me some good ideas for me to explore.

Additional info: My Human Noble Warrior is glitched. No phylactery anywhere in the room. Somehow Monstruo123 is lucky enough not to get this glitch.
