 Should't the full set armor bonus be in main interface in the right-down, where all affecting spells/abilities are?
Same goes for character bonuses like Isabella's "got your back".

Also, blood dragon armor doesn't have full set bonus. Is it right?

While it's not very intuitive, the set bonus' show up in the abilities panel, and have been designed that way.

As for the blood dragon armor, the only armor sets with bonuses (bonii?) are the special sets that come with each Act.
