Sorry if this has been posted, didn't see a search feature.
I'm still doing the quest where you help your sister break into the estate but I can't get to it.  I went in before, did a couple of things, got the picture and walked out, hoping to update my armor with some runes.  I then did the quest with Anders (which if I'm not mistaken takes place around the same area as the entrance to the estate)  Now I can't find a way back into the estate, the quest logo shows up above darktown with the quest's name, but I cannot find an entrance.  Any advice?

Yeah, I've seen a few other quests where if you leave and come back the arrow goes away. It's near Anders Clinic as you said, just have to look around for it. It should still let you in.
