That's what PC Gamer said, "The Best RPG of this decade", and even gave "Editor's Choice" award to DA II. Well, atleast they were smart enough to write "Nine more years will tell". Exactly, nine more years will tell and I gotta tell you, that's a long time. Long enough for DA 3,4 and 5 to arrive (that's a joke).

What I've seen, fans have different opinions. Come to think of it, I heared DA II has gotten mostly positive reviews (says Wikipedia)

Or is it that fans are just "dumping down" DA II just as DA:O and ME 2 got "dumped down"? Time will tell

Well we're only 1 year into that "decade" and already they are catastrophically wrong. Mass Effect 2 was better. Even Fallout: New Vegas was a better RPG.

Possibly; if RPG stands for Ridiculously Pony Game.

Like man says ME2 and fallout new vegas were both miles better.

We are only in the first year of this decade maybe the second depending on how you count. Skyrim isn't out so it's too soon to call any rpg any sort of outlandish praise. Everyone knows the odd numbered games in the Elder scrolls series are the best.

Saying its the best rpg of the decade becomes just as silly as calling it the worst rpg of the decade. I can't take it serious.

DA2 is the best RPG of the decade at the moment. Great story, great action, almost perfect balance between the two. There is a lot of open sobbing on the forums right now, but positive change (which this is) always has detractors.

Explain this "great story" would you? I'm really having trouble finding it under all the pointless sidequests.

No the decade started 1 year and 3 months ago. 2011 is obviously 1 year into the new decade. Its not like the next decade will start in 2021.

So all the games from 2010 has to be taken into account.

Decades run from 0-9 people. Or do you consider 1980 to have been in "the seventies"?

Really? Because I'm pretty sure I would not play the best RPG of the decade for 6 hours and then never pick it up again, despite my pattern of being excited for every new game that comes out.

Some people manage to finish it in 19 hours. I won't say supporting cast if they betray you and mythology is a subject that no one consider seriously.

Yup. PC Gamer can tell the future that in 9 more years no RPG can beat a 84 Metacritic score game. LOL!
