The Fenris/Varric beard convo is DEFINITELY my favorite. xD

Also, when Anders tells Fenris he doesn't understand what Hawke sees in him.  When Fenris replies with "Do not make light of this.  Leaving was the hardest thing I've ever done."  I got all *sadface*

If you have Isabela, it's a comedic convo.

Isabela: "Oh would you two get over yourselves? You're like two dogs over a **** in heat."
Fenris: "We were talking about Hawke, not you."

My favorite is between Carver and Merrill. When Merrill says "I like hearing dirty things." and Carver responds with "Oh, really?" Or something to that effect. I hoped it was the start of a Carver+Merrill romance =(

Aww, I never got that banter. That's sweet that Varric has his people watching out for Merrill. 

It's not a banter, technically, but it is a companion interaction scene: I liked the part where Merrill and Isabela were playing cards at the Hanged Man, and Isabela won but wouldn't take whatever precious item that Merrill had lost in the bet. 

I also loved the banter where Merrill teases Fenris for giving Hawke puppy eyes. '
Ooh, also the one where Isabela says Varric should be made a paragon of manliness. It was also funny the way Aveline and Isabela's banters evolved to a point where Ave calling her wh*** was like a term of endearment.   Ah, there's so many good ones I can't decide my favorite!

I can't pick a favourite honestly, I like all of them so far.

Merrill x Anders banter is sometimes insightful, Varric x anyone is often funny (+ I LOVE his voice), Isabela Aveline is like... slightly sisterly teasing? And Merrill x anyone is...

The Anders-Sebastian banter over Andraste's face on Sebastian's belt buckle. "I'm not sure I'd want the Maker seeing me shove His bride's head between my legs every morning."

I did like the banter that Anders had with Merrill about spirits. How Anders believed Justice to be good, but Merrill basically thinks all spirits no matter what their virtue are all dangerous.

The banter between companions is absolutely my favorite part of this game. It's also where the voice acting really shines. Really, you can almost hear Aveline's teeth grinding away whenever she has to talk to Isabela.

The Sebastian/Anders one that was mentioned earlier was easily one of my favorites. It was a reminder that snarky Anders is still alive, just deeply troubled. I also loved any of the banters where the companions remark about your love interest. Varric has one where he asks if Anders shoved Hawke up against the wall...and of course he did.

Varric with ANYONE. Varric is so team mom, he mothers everybody and then pretends to be Humphrey Bogart. Fenris might be the object of my affection ... but Varric sure became my favourite character.

For the life of me I can't remember the exact dialogue, but after romancing Merril, Isabela started asking Merril questions about how it was. Of course Merril refused to say anything outright, so Isabela eventually just said, "Did you at least get naked?" And then it ended with Hawke just coughing.

Everything else great has been stolen. But my absolute favorite:

Isabela: Men are only good for one thing. Women are good for six.
Bethany: Six? What six--?
Hawke: Isabela!

The banter with Bethany and Isabela was funny, due to Hawke's "ISABELA!". I always thought that was hilarious.

Anything Merril says is pretty funny. And Isabela and Aveline together just equals awesome.
