Anything Isabela/Aveline related, but especially the banter where Isabela tells Aveline "If I get you to stick your finger up your husband's ass, I win." cracks me up.
Also, if you bring Isabela along for Aveline's chapter 2 personal quest, the argument in Aveline's office is downright hilarious - especially since I can't get over the resemblance between Aveline's voice actor and Marina Sirtis (Deana Troi from Star Trek: TNG). Picturing Deana Troi saying all of Aveline's lines back and forth with Isabela makes it doubly amusing.
