hey guys i need help here. i bought a copy of the dragon age 2 bioware signature edition. i typed my serial number into my  new bioware account and it worked. but the problem is my dragon age game keeps me permenantly logged into my old account (this one). so now i cant access my free download content. ive tried to delete my old account (this one) but it keeps saying unable to delete at this time. what should i do its been 2 days now and it still wont. help a brother out guys. cheers for reading

I'm not sure what platform you are using but if it is PC there should be a logout menu option above "Quit" at the initial DA2 loading screen. Click that and log back in using the account you want to use.
