What happens in the end of DA:2 if your imported save had Leliana left behind to die in Lothering? Did anyone here do that in DA:O and completed DA:2 yet with such a save?

There's no indication that she stayed to be killed/taken away by the darkspawn, if you didn't recruit her.

Exactly. The Hawkes even comment about how the Templars abandoned Lothering when they meet Aveline. Not a far leap to assume that the Chantry sisters left with them.
There's absolutely no reason to believe she would have hung around to die.
