In Act 2, I never got the Wooden Halla Carving from Ilen's shop, and it isn't there anymore.

I've been in Act 3 for a while now, and I did get the Sylvanwood Ring, but her second personal quest (A New Path, right?) isn't showing up. Is that because I missed the Act 2 gift, or do I just have to wait longer?
