How do I import a mor file into a DA 2 savegame using the GFF4Editor?

So far you can only swap .mor files between npcs. You can't alter .mor files and place them in override as the modded head will not load.
So, are you trying the former or the latter?

Actually what I wanted to do is use a "mor" as player preset. So far I have managed to do so by changing the "chargenmorphcfg.xml" and adding "hf_cassandra.mor" to the presets but there are some things gone missing such as skin tint (I believe...), (correct) make up, eyebrows (completely missing).

SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR > SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR > SAVEGAME_aPPEARANCE > SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_MORPH_NAME
change the ECstring to hf_cassandra.

Thanks that worked! Only one thing, I cannot edit it via CC because the old face shows up again. My idea was to use it as a base for an edited version.

You cant do that because the files are different. The heads in the CC are .mop, the .mor are for NPCs.
