can u get the armor hawke has on at the start? if so where when how? any help at all would be awesome

there is 4 parts to get the whole armor set.
One you get automatically in the start of act 3.
Another for killing the high dragon.
Third one is from killing a mage in "on the loose" main quest.
the last one is in "better served cold."
High Dragon is from doing the quest called "Mine Massacre"
