Is the any effect on if you donate to the refuge box (where you first hear of Anders)?

I donated the medium amount I think definitely not the max (was low on money) I believe I got like 200xp from it. not sure if you continue getting xp.

No idea then again I only donated 5 Sovereigns once, and that was during Anders quest... may try and do more to see if it does anything

not too sure on this. But i think what you donate reflects on what is being sold in the store. After i donated 5 Sovereigns, there were some 4 Star Items available. I don't think they were there when i donated 2 Sovereigns.

Shop items scale to level.SO the inventories are constantly changing anyway.
