I have finished the Shepherding Wolves quest and I found out recently that the "Boots of the Fallen" are in the Undercity Warrens (Secret passage way under the city) but I can not get back in, I have done many things since completing this quest so I can not load back to it.
Do any of you know a way back into the Undercity Warrens or a alternative way to find the boots?
I can not get console working at the moment but if you know a console command that can teleport me back into the Undercity Warrens or something like that I would really appreciate that.

You can't go back there, and that is the only location for the boots. Sorry. If it is any consolation, you'll get a lot better equipment in Act 2.

The majority of special locations can only be accessed once. You cannot return once you leave.
