I reloaded the game to see if it would help, but the door back to the streets dont show up as one that
can be opened.
After 15 min im still trapped nothing showing up at all.

Or is it bugged? I just rescued her at the docks, Now there is no way out unless I am missing
something?

No, When the first battle was over, it just went dead. I had to restart the mission before. Isabella was not able to go to the cutscene which triggered the other door to the documents. So it was definatly a glitch.
