If this is your problem:
1.You select in the shop what you want to buy.
2.You go through the paypal payment process.
3.You click 'Pay Now' in Paypal.

Explanation:
All thats missing in this broken URL is a little / creating an actual valid URL (above, the red word, between the two underlined letters)

Solution by Bioware/EA:
It takes the guy responsible for the bioware shop's code probably less than 1min to fix (if they are giving the return URL to paypal) or a short angry phone call by a bioware dude to their Paypal contact if Paypal generates the flawed return URL + 1min of their programmers time.
Temporary workaround for customers:
If you read this post BEFORE you buy Bioware points, you can actually successfully buy points off this bugged shop like this.
1.do the normal shopping process,
2. click 'Pay Now' in Paypal
3. end up with the message the website isn't reachable
4. manually add the "/" after "https://...bioware.com" (leave the rest of the URL unchanged) and hit enter again (probably won't work when you were browsing around for a couple minutes looking for a solution to the problem since even the correct URL is going invalid after a couple minutes passed. But if you add that / right away after you get the error message, the transaction will go through and you find the points on your account.
