 Hi I just Bought a new copy of Mass Effect 2 for ps3 and my Redemption code is not working is there any thing you can do you help? thanks

I'm having the same issue, any help would be appreciated.

Update:
I restarted the game and it worked perfectly. I didn't even have to reboot the PS3. I probably should have tried this before I posted, my bad . Maybe this will help the above poster.

I had this problem too. Turned out that I had purchased and import copy. I had to create another user on my PS3 then create a PSN account with the correct country that the disc was manufactured in (in my case, Singapore). Once I registered it for that user, the redemtion code worked, dlc downloaded, and I could switch back to my own PS3 User and everything worked fine.

@BenjaminR00: Thanks! this worked for me as well. Bought the game abroad and your playstation account has to match the country you bought the game in. After creating a new PS account I could redeem the code and download the content!
