As i walk up the steps the Game stops and nothing happens, total freeze.
I let it sit last night for 1 hour and nothing happend no error just stuck. I had to use CTRL+Alt+del to get it to say DA2 stopped working
I play at the highest res and very high game detail.
I have tried going to Direct x 9 and lowering the the res as well as the detail and it still locks up.



My system is win 7pro sp1
AMD athlon X3 3.1 ghz with 8 gb ram
ATI 5750 with 1 gb ram, gpu at 860mhz, ram at 1450mhz
ATI catalyst driver 2011.0126.1749.31909
Updated to the new hot fix ATI driver listed in other posts
Installed the beta patch for DA2 as well.

Can anyone help me here? I have now finished all other quests. Played back through from previous save and now it is stuck here again. As soon as i get to the top of the stairs at the keep it crashes.
