I've no idea if this is legit or not, I'm going to give the op the benefit of the doubt though.

Whatever mechanisms they have in place that allow them to block access to the game need to be disabled. This should not be possible, regardless of whether it is a over zealous moderator, a system glitch whatever, the fact there is a system in place that even allows this is disturbing. Blocking access to the Forums is fine if someone breaks the rules. Blocking access to the game itself is disgusting.

i just got ultimate origins edition thats y i need to connect on line i have some dlc thats transferable

If you got banned and this prevents you from playing the game or accessing paid-for content, you got enough for a lawsuit! I'm all for banning trolls from forums for REAL trolling, but banning people because they speak against a product/company AND prevent access to their game... well, the last part is ILLEGAL.

Then for the last time, contact EA. Your not going anywhere by posting about it on the forums in this manner, if you really do live that close to bioware then do pay them a visite and kindly ask them if they can shed light on this. I'm certain this is just a mistake, more then likely a glitch in the system.

Hence Why I'm saying its a glitch in the system. If he was banned for something that had to do with the forum, he wouldn't be posting right now on HE'S account.
And if it was on another account, it wouldn't ban he's game access which is under this account.

I have no idea, I don't know how the system works, but that is kinda my point. If we take it at face value and something has blocked his access to the game, then that is wrong. Lets say this is a system glitch that means his forum account hasn't been banned but his game access has, then that should not be possible. Whatever code or system they have in place that is allowing the blocking of peoples access to the games needs to be removed now so that this cannot happen under any circumstance imho.

Enjoyable combat was never a strong point of WRPGs that deviated too far from tried-and-true systems like D&D (BG2, ToEE, NWN etc) or didn't pretend to be FPS'es during combat (Fallout.)

i dont know man , try to PM someone from Bioware , but since you said the thing about kirkwal burn in hell maybe they ll do it if they think about it , could forget to do it too , opps i forgot i swear ..

Its this simple, if you where banned on purpose, you wouldn't be able to pos on the forums. The fact you can means that something went wrong somewhere. Don't you get it? Where saying that this is a mistake. That error shouldn't appear for you.

And if it's not then it bloody well should be. When you buy something you have the right to do with it as you please. Let people borrow it, leave it sitting on a shelf for years, or sell it to someone else. The publisher has no say in that. If you don't like a book or movie the publisher/studeo doesn't take the product back.

You are aware that you do not own EA's servers. They can't take away a game from you, but they have the right to block you access from there servers. Steam functions the same way, so does Playstation network and xbox live. But this is not the topic at hand. I'm here to help the OP solve this problem. Not bicker like children.

Gaider is not support. It sounds like you should contact EA rather than Bioware.

This kind of thing should never even happen. Who's the genius who thought of linking forum access with game and game content access? It`s criminal.

This should not have happened in the first place. The guy shouldn't need to take a walk to Bioware studios to access a game HE RIGHTFULLY PAID FOR!!! Bioware should be all over this to fix this mistake, not the other way around.

What a frakked up world we live in. This is disgusting.

I'm glad he posted it here. Otherwise I would not have heard of the draconian measure. I'll make sure to tell as many people as I can about this situation so people can educate themselves about the business practices of EA.
