Well it seems that because I have to use the EA servers to get the pre-order content from game.co.uk  and not the xbox live market place, I have missed out on the content on my game play as I used the content for my girlfriend first as the game is a present for her. As we both use the same Xbox to play I thought "pre-order will be fine, it will download via xbox and run on there" but nope. 

And after speaking with the "live chat" support it seems that game.co.uk are NOT an offical EA reseller, and i cant get the pre-order content on my account but my girlfriend has it. This is a very poor show from EA and Bioware tbh, I have read about people going through to level 2 or 3 support which i am going to try now.
