just spoke to "Brian" via EA Chat, reference ticket #XXXXXX-XXXXXX. He
helped me finally get a replacement code for my Signature Edition of
Dragon Age 2. When I attempt to enter to code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) in the
PSN menu or the in-Game menu it brings up the "Black Emporium" content
which my previous code already gave to me. If I still try to redeem the
code he gave me it says, "The code you have entered may not be correct
or may not be valid." I attempted several times to reenter it but it
says the same thing. Just to clarify, I'm looking to have the "Digital
Armory" weapons (Might of the Sten, Seeker's Bulwark, Adder of Antiva,
etc) added to my account.

Bryan: Yes, I had an issue with the original code and he provided me with the replacement.,

Bryan: I suppose, I only had one code in the box and it DID enable
the Black Emporium and the Exiled Prince but NOT the weapons pack or the
sountrack

This is the headache that I have been dealing with. Is it that hard to just enable the weapons for my account or provide me with a working code? How am I supposed to have an issue fixed when the Customer Support Rep doesn't 1) Even properly link to the site/proper area to register and 2) Even know what the Signature Edition comes with. So I guess it is another 2+ days of me waiting for no response like before?
Bioware Reps, If you can help I would appreciate it. I can provide the code if need be. Thank you.
