Nope. Killing the Arishock is a pretty major plotline. Would have been neat if you could. Even if the Qun is a load of bull imo.

You can gain the respect of the Arishok, but not join. Apparently if you hand over Isabela and the relic the fight is avoided, but you don't actually join the Qun.
I was simply told this though; didn't play it out that way. I could be mistaken.
