I have like +20 stamina regen on my Warrior does that mean he regenerates 20 stamina in battle or only when he kills? Same question applies for using Rally for the allies.

I know that -

Mages regenerate stamina automatically

Warriors regain stamina when they make a kill

Rogues regain stamina with every attack.

I assume that means a warrior will gain 20 more stamina when he makes a kill.
