So when does Act III start anyways? And where specifically can I get the pendant for Isa?

Yeah how will I know when act 3 starts? Also do I have to wait until act three to get the pendant?

Act three is after the next jump in time. It should be pretty obvious. Each act has a few years in between each. Not sure what you mean about the pendant though.
