I beat the game before I even knew what it was, but on my second run through I think I'd benefit from the Mabari and mirror that changes my appearance. I pre-ordered the game on Steam a few days before the game came out (I cancelled my signature edition at EBGames because they said they weren't getting enough in stock despite me pre-ordering it in October). I put both my codes (entitlement key and pre-purchase entitlement key) on this site and I got Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais, but not the Black Emporium.

Any idea what happened? My understanding is that Black Emporium is in all copies of Dragon Age.

If you see The Black Emporium in http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php, you should download and install it by clicking on the More Info link next to it.

If you do not see this DLC in your registered content, redeem your Entitlement key again at http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php (I have to do it three times before it was accepted).

Thank you, JackM. It's strange, all of my DA:O and ME2 content, and everything except Black Emporium for DA2 is on the disc itself; I don't need to download anything. But really, thanks: now I can play with my aptly named Dog.
