Before I start, I want to comment that the game as a whole was great. My only major complaints involve the repeated areas and the abrupt ending. It seems like we've seen the first three Acts of a five act play. I suppose the latter will be dealt with via DLC, but I'm impatient.
1. Early in the game I briefly romanced Isabela before breaking it off with her to romance Anders. I received the Romantic achievement with Anders, so I'm certain it was done successfully. However, party members occasionally (and the ending!) referred to Isabela rather than Anders. It looks like something is being set incorrectly (i.e. maybe the game defaults to Isabela if it's confused about who was romanced). Another example involved a comment to the dog to "keep her [i.e. presumably intended to refer to Isabela] safe" during Act 3.
2. During Act 2, a character commented that he was pleased that my romantic interest was living with me. The romantic interest was not yet doing so.
3. "Sketchy on the details" does not mark itself as completed. I think some parts of the quest may be missing, because the quest journal randomly reported information I don't believe my character had access to.
4. During the fight at the end of Act 2, I found that using Decoy led the opponent to stop fighting. S/he just stood there for ~60 seconds while I attacked. I've noticed this pattern elsewhere in the game, too. It was handy, but I felt a little guilty. :X
5. Comments about the actions taken toward the end of Dragon Age: Awakening were incorrect.
That's about it. Thanks for the great game. Now I'm trying to decide whether to play through as a Warrior or a Mage.
