Just finished the game and finished every single quest, including the side quests (defeated the chick), and apparently didnt get the achievement for completing a romance, few questions:
Do you get to continue doing quests and the like if you choose a certain end game path?
Is killing the leader of the templars really the end of the game?
Is the last romance conversation with Isabella when she gets her ship?

You complete a romance by talking to your LI before the final battle and, basically, saying something romantic. You share a goodbye kiss (at least I did), and then the achievement pops up.
