Hey, I just starting playing Mass Effect 2 again but this time with an evil character I imported from Mass Effect 1. Anyway I was just wondering since I am playing with an Evil persona this time around will my Shepard be able to survive the last mission so I can import her into Mass Effect 3? Or do I still need to be loyal to my squad-mates to make this possible? Thoughts? Thanks.

Nothing wrong with evil, dumb choices are a different issue. I typically play a pretty nasty badass RENEGon, but not stupid about it. Yes, I save the Queen, and Blow UP the base (I'd blow up TIM too, but that is not an option). As to the SM, I always kill off 3 or 4 (sometimes more like 10! so Shep +2 for an import to ME3, just to see what BW has written) that I do NOT want on my team for ME3 (that is the real purpose behind ME2, recruit who YOU want fighting by your side in ME3). Make the wrong choices (and NO I do not have any inside info) and ME3 might not end the way you want/expect.
As to loyalty, depends on WHO is holding the line. A non-loyal Grunt can hold the line all by himself, you have to watch the HtL score and the list of who dies first. But a loyal Grunt and a non-loyal Mordin, Grunt will die and Mordin will live, so it CAN get really tricky if you want certain suqadmates to survive (or kill off select ones).

Great guys thanks, I think I will take your advice and build my relationship with the members I want in ME3. It's not a big deal how ME3 really ends with my Evil Persona since I have a male Shepard playing Mr. Goodie under another profile. I just want my Evil Persona to be importable to ME3, I am dying to see what happens if I salvage that thing at the end of ME2.
