when i try to use it on the redeem bit on the 360 it doesnt work 9my codes only 4 digit per -) and when i use it on the site it doesnt work. help?

Go to Profile -> Redeem Promo Code.
If your code is a set of 4 digits instead of 5, it's a BioWare code and must be activated on this site. If it's not working beyond that, I can't really help.
