I played my friends copy of DA 2 up till the just after the deep roads expedition and It just didn't feel that polished to me. So instead of buying DA 2 I got the rest of the DLC for origins and I'm slowly working my way through it. The only DLC I don't have now for DAO is the Darkspawn chronicles as it just doesn't seem that interesting to me.

I'm in the middle of an Origins playthrough atm, so I'm not starting up DA2 until I have this finished at least. Given that DA2 seems to be a little rough around the edges, I might keep waiting until a patch is released.

I'm playing DA2 atm, but once that's over I've still got a playthrough to finish and a Nightmare solo run to do...

I'll definitely be replaying Origins. It's pretty much my all time favorite game. I am really enjoying DA2 as well though. I plan to do a different type of game play through in origins and Importing to DA2 to replay that. My original Origins saves were killed off on an old ps3 death.

I am replaying DAO after 2 years. I finished DA II as well but it seems that DAO is so much better of a game altogether. I love the epicness of the story and the music. I love the characters in DAO more. the characters' personalities are awesome and their background stories are deep also. I am definitely enjoying it more then DA 2 (not that DA 2 is any bad).

even with the 20 min load times i exp in dao i still will take it over da2 any day and then some
da2 was a failure dlc was good though the last 2 not the item packs or blood prince

Crawled my way through my first Hawke, finished it, and never looked back, Im on my second char since then (mods really add a LOT of content to see through).

Since my computer fubared up, I'm having to replay DA:O so I have a saved game for DA2 (though I played that enough times heh).

As for which I like better .... eh I'd have to say DA:O.

I'm OCD so every game that I buy (I don't buy games often due to the fact that I'm poor, I only buy RPG's, and I'm very picky) I have to complete them 100%...that means I usually have to replay a game 3-4 times or more.

To 100% both games it takes at least 3 playthroughs each.

In short- yeah, I'm replaying Origins right now after just beating Dragon Age II :happy:

I played through Origins several times before playing through DA2 just once. I found myself enjoying Origins so much more and am playing through it...again.

never will play DA2, played DAO 3 times with 3 different caracters and will play #4 soon whit new mods

im playing Origins for the benefit of imports and finishing it so i can put all my attention towards DA2

I played DAO many times.
When I got DA2 I thought it will be just a fun but... I played it four times, but I didn't finished the fourth time. The more I played it the more bored I was. There is a lot of things that don't make any sense or are downright annoying.
I returned to DAO, replayed it 2 times since then, and I started my third just yesterday.

Generally I play both games on the days I'm playing games. I haven't had any issues with DA2 though. Currently I am playing Origins.

I unfortunately botched a few decisions on my last import save for DA2, so I really need to make a new one. Of course, I'll probably procrastinate doing it for the next week and have a few false starts before I finally play it through.

Well I'd checked many reviews, & I don't like what I'd read so I didn't buy DA2. I am happy with DAO... most of the times...

I just started a new DA:O playthrough this weekend. The only buggy bits I've noticed so far was Duncan talking over Alistair after the Joining...it was like it skipped ahead a couple of seconds.
