Ok so I was level 17 and had played for around 20 hours, and on the same character i romanced both Isabella and Merrill, and I had obtained my manor, whenever I went there there was an excitment mark over Isabella(to indicate a new quest) but evrytime i tried talking to her, she kept saying the things she says when there is no cutscene, like "I found the most adorable hat shop in lowtown" and whatnot, and no matter what I did I couldnt get a cutscene and a new mission, so i was wondering what was going on, and what quest or cutscene would have ensued and if there is a fix?

Happened to me also. Except Isabela is in the mansion for me when I talk to her.

I am having a similar issue with Isabela being stuck in my estate with an exclamation point over her but she will not give me her quest. The common case that I have heard of involves this quest and the quest with the dog at the estate being triggered at the same time. The common fix I have heard is either to avoid this by going to the estate and triggering the dog quest at the beginning of Act 3 or if you just complete a quest after this happens then I have heard that the issue resolves itself.
The problem I am experiencing happens under slightly different circumstances. Throughout the game, I maintained a relationship with both Isabela and Merrill. In Act 3, the scene where you can bed Merrill occurs at the same time that Isabela appears in the estate to give me her final quest. At this point I have three options with Merrill. I can either end the relationship with Merrill before said bedding, bed her and then break off the relationship, or bed her and ask her to move into the estate. If I choose either of the options that have me bed Merrill, then Isabela will not give me her final quest but will also not leave the estate and continue to have the exclamation point above her. No amount of quests that I complete afterward do anything to change this. I wouldn't be surprised if I were not allowed to complete Isabela's final quest because of my romance with Merill but she still will not leave the estate.
