So, the question
Will Digital Deluxe [UK] version have any "paper" in it? We can order printed CE guide, I know, but game should have some paperwork as default, imo.

Guide or manual? D2D and Steam have both been dodgy when it comes to immediate access to game manuals - sometimes the manual comes in pdf form with the download, other times you must get it separately. I have no idea about the EA Store or Impulse.
If you're talking about a strategy guide that comes with the game, such as the combo package on D2D, you will be able to download it either as a separate product or it will be included. Since you can buy the digital guide separately, my money is that you'll access and download it separately.
