lol for someone who was quite... let's say "open" ...like Isabela she turned out to be very attached to our Hawkes in epilogues that's for sure

I didn't actually slept with her, I far as i remember i did sleep with her to see how it was then I loaded a previous save and cut her off then,so i could focus on romancing Anders. So, it's likely a bug on Anders Romance, the other characters romance seems fine,at least i've been told.

I only romanced Anders and didn't kill him, and it got my ending right

I had my fling with Isabela, even though I was hitting on it with Anders at the same time >.> After the fling we both agreed it was a one time thing and I moved on with Anders. She asked me to sail away I refused to leave Anders and she was like "Bring him too" all I could think of is I don't share -.- also at the end I told Anders we would run away together(by that I meant sail with Isabela) But anyhow onto my point, I got the Isabela stayed with me, but I swear when Varric said her name I heard him whispering Anders name too, like he was keeping it a secret, that he snuck off to sail the seas with me >.<

you'll get names spammed over each other at the end if you've flirted with every love interest or at least a few. My advice would be, don't be a romance **** =D

I got this glitch too.  It sounded very disturbing, but I guess Varric decided to gloss over that part.

Varric: He did.  His tormented spirit haunted Hawke for the rest of her days.  It made it awfully hard for her to find another boyfriend, let me tell you.

My friend Sandtigress got the "broke up with Anders, and he stayed with her" ending. So...yeah.

Varric: Eventually, we all left the Champion' side. Well, except for Anders, of course. 
Cassandra: I thought you said the Champion ended her association with him? 
Varric: She did.

I got glitched, too. Varric said Isabela, Fenris and Anders at the same time. Either it's broken, or my Hawke is going to be a very busy woman up until her disappearance.

My first ManHawke got the standard Isabella/Merril mushed together ending. Really, that makes perfectly fine sense to me, ManHawke, Merril and Isabella were totally BFFs anyway.

And in that case, I don't  think Hawke disappeared.  She would have been sexed to death.
