Where do I buy more bag slots and companion armor? There are 5 extra slots for the armor, which I assume are upgrades from the previous one, but I only found ONE armor for a few of my companions. There are also 5 smaller slots after the 5 slots in my bag, which makes me think I can buy backpack upgrades somewhere. I have not found any though. Where can I get some?

Bags tend to be at tailor and robe merchants, and the like. I got up to 90 capacity by the end of the game, though i wouldn't be surprised if it got higher. Most of the armor upgrades started to appear on merchants in Act 2, though I think a couple were found in loot chests in Acts 2 & 3.
