Is there a way to obtain the missed companion armor somewhow? console commands or something?
Realy dont wanna throw away 15 hours of gameplay for few pieces of armor <.<

I missed few pieces of companion armor from Act 1 because i didnt realise where to buy them until i entered act 2.
Is there a way to obtain the missed companion armor somewhow? console commands or something?

No. But the armor is hardly important as it is. A few rune slots does not make or break your companions, and Fenris has all 4 pieces pretty much guaranteed. 3 are in Act 2 and 1 is in Act 3. So if you're worried about the achievement, don't be.
