Some quests are time sensative which is fine if i can make time go?
How do i advance time a few hours?!
Can i make time go forward?

No way to advance time that i am aware of...the story line merely picks up from where you left off....and you can decide to do other questing before the one that you feel is time related.

I guess you mean when they talk about night/evening.
When choosing your destination in the right bottom corner there are three buttons. First is
Kirkwall Day, 2nd Kirkwall Night and 3rd Outside Kirkwall.
Just choose the suitable button.
