Hi, have been trying for 2 days to complete activation of game on laptop. Had no problem on desktop but as I travel frequently would appreciate help with laptop as I keep getting message " that server is not available try again". Can you help.  Regards

If I knew what to tell you I would, but you might have better luck posting in the Self Help forums. There are usually some pretty knowledgeable people who are also very helpful that will reply there, as well as here sometimes.
