Leliana shows up as a really hot Chantry assassin/spy, Alistair shows up as king, and Zevran, well, just shows up.

But, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of a cameo from Oghren. Seriously, that guy was so awesome in Origins. They should have brought him back as a companion. Would have taken him over Anders any day.

I thought Oghren was great. I'm disturbed of all the Cameos though, what is the chance two great heroes (The Warden and Hawke) would disappear, and many of the people they met during their adventure was similar? Hmmm...

Me too! I got really excited when Nathaniel said, "The dwarf I brought with me from the Keep is still down there." The only major character to make an appearance in all three games now is Alistair. Which is awesome, but I miss my surly dwarf.

You get a quest in act three in hightown (near the brothel).  A group of antivan "nobles" ask you to track down and kill a murderer.  Guess who it is.

Except for his missing eyebrows and new huge ass elven forehead then yes, is the same as ever.

I figured it'd be him the second they started talking about Antivan assassins. I turned it down just to negate a retcon involving a murder knife.
