I was showing one of the guys I play Killzone with DA2 earlier and while he liked the combat he had no time for the game itself. No interest in questing, talking to people and you know how Bioware dumbed down the NPCs ? Well it's too much effort to mess around with that too, but he liked Varrics auto leveling weapon and thought they should all have the same thing as that.

Cross class combos were kind of lost on him, as was the idea that you had to take certain skills on different companions who many or may not be in your party to use them. I showed him a save a made just before the chapter 1 boss and while he was impressed by the boss he died multiple times and could not get past it. At which point he'd had enough.

It's not CoD , but Killzone is quite similiar.

The ammount of dumbing down required for him to "get" the game, I'd be pretty horrified at the thought.
